Why was the foundation started?
The Ependymoma Research Foundation was started in 2019 by Jeffrey Clayman, MD and Samarrah Clayman after their son, Morris, was diagnosed in November of 2017, at the age of two, with a type of pediatric brain tumor called an ependymoma. Learn More

We fund research. The Ependymoma Research foundation is an invitation only funding source for research with research priorities based on daily review of active scientific literature.
